We hear all the time about how we should be positive. Relentless positivity is a good thing, right? Well according to the article Richard Hull assigned me to illustrate, it's not. In fact, positive thinking can be a trap. The basic idea: without any critical feedback, or recognition of negative aspects that need to be corrected, mediocrity will reign supreme.
